Confluence Method LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates soulconfluence.com and The Gem Assessment (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
2. Information We Collect
We collect personal information you provide directly to us, as well as limited technical data necessary to operate the Service. This includes identity and contact data such as your name, full birth name, email address, and account credentials. We collect birth data including date of birth, time of birth (if known), birth city, state, or country, and derived geographic or time zone information. We collect assessment responses that you provide through Soul Imprint and other intake questions.
Payment information is processed by a third-party payment provider, and we receive only transaction references and status information rather than full payment details. We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, log data, and cookie-related data. In addition, we collect communications you send to us and our responses.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to generate and deliver your personalized dossier and to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. Your information is used to process payments, prevent fraud, and send transactional communications such as receipts, delivery notifications, and account-related messages. With your consent, we may send occasional product updates, which you can opt out of at any time. We also use information as necessary to comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal Bases (Where Applicable)
Where required by applicable law, we rely on several legal bases for processing your data. These include the performance of a contract to deliver the Service you have purchased, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, your consent for optional communications, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. How We Share Information
We share your information only with service providers necessary to operate the Service. These may include hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors, email delivery services, astrology calculation APIs, AI model providers used to generate and personalize dossier content, and mapping or geocoding services used to process birth location data. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
6. International Transfers
Your information may be processed outside of your country, including in the United States, where some of our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards for such transfers.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account and dossier data for as long as your account remains active and as necessary to provide the Service. We may retain limited information for longer periods where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your data through the Contact / Data Request page.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, as well as the right to object to certain uses or withdraw consent. Requests may be submitted through the Contact / Data Request page and will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
9. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information without proper authorization, we will take steps to delete that information.
11. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate the Service and may use limited analytics tools to understand usage patterns. You may control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Birth details and reflective answers
The free tools can remember your birth name, date, time, and place in this browser. Browser storage is not encrypted by this site. When you sign in, these details can also be saved to your account and reused across tools.
A purchased assessment stores your submitted birth details, email, consent acknowledgements, and reflective question selections with your account. An unfinished assessment may also leave a draft in this browser; drafts are removed when you submit, when you delete your account here, or after 14 days. The questions are assessment responses; there is no separate private journal feature.
Most of your dossier is personalized by selecting and assembling prewritten interpretations from our content library using your birth details and assessment answers. Rules select the astrology, numerology, and Soul Imprint passages; AI does not select or rewrite those stored passages.
A separate final synthesis is AI-assisted through Lovable AI. That request includes your full name, calculated planet/sign/house placements, Life Path and name numbers, any Karmic Debt number, and mapped Soul Imprint categories and selection keys. It does not include your raw birth date, time, location, full answer text, passwords, or card details. Chart and location services separately process birth information needed for calculations. Some free numerology preview text is also AI-assisted. Interpretations may be imperfect, and individual human review is not guaranteed.
Provider training and retention terms have not all been independently confirmed. We cannot promise that providers retain nothing. Contact us for current processing details or to request a correction before submitting information you do not want processed.
Account deletion removes your sign-in and associated birth details, answers, dossiers, and listed account records from the active service, and clears birth details and drafts in this browser. It does not guarantee immediate erasure from backups, operational logs, or payment-provider records. Payment records may remain where legally required. Exact retention periods and provider deletion practices are not yet confirmed. Remove local copies on other devices separately; export your account-linked records before deletion if you want to keep them.
