AGE REQUIREMENTS By accessing or purchasing The Gem Assessment through Soul Confluence, you acknowledge that you meet the age requirements set forth below and agree to the following terms. 1. Minimum Age You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access, purchase, or use this service. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. 2. No Accounts for Minors This service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts, submit personal information, or access the assessment. Any use of the service by a minor without appropriate authorization is strictly prohibited. 3. Parental or Guardian Purchases A parent or legal guardian may purchase the assessment on behalf of a minor; however, in doing so, the parent or guardian accepts full responsibility for the minor’s use of the product. The parent or guardian assumes all obligations under these terms, including responsibility for any outcomes, interpretations, and use of the assessment content. 4. Children’s Data We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal data from individuals under the age of eighteen (18) without verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. If it is determined that data has been submitted by a minor without proper authorization, we reserve the right to delete such data without notice. 5. Verification We reserve the right to request verification of age or parental consent at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification upon request may result in suspension or termination of access to the service. 6. Enforcement We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate accounts if we believe that a user does not meet the age requirements or has provided false or misleading information regarding age or authorization.
